Life insurance coverage for each employee is $50,000. The premium for this benefit is paid for by KnowledgeCentrix. |

Vacation Benefits |
| |
KnowledgeCentrix provides vacation benefits to eligible employees for their rest and relaxation. Full-time employees begin to earn vacation benefits from their date of hire. Benefits are earned at the rate equivalent to two workweeks the first through fifth year of service. After completing five years of service, an employee will earn vacation benefits at the rate of three workweeks per year. |

Sick Leave Benefits |
| |
Employees are entitled to a total of forty (40) hours of paid sick leave per year. Additionally, KnowledgeCentrix would like to recognize regular full-time employees who have excellent attendance records. Employees that do not use any sick leave or other disqualifying leave during the year will receive an annual $200.00 bonus paid in January of the following year. |

Volunteerism Benefits |

KnowledgeCentrix values the contributions that volunteers make and recognizes the impact that this has on employees and society. In recognition of volunteer efforts all regular full-time employees, with at least six months of service, have access to 24 hours of paid time off for volunteer services per year. |
