Sr. Systems Engineer Cisco VoIP

Location: Orange County, CA (Position will serve various clients in Southern California).

Position Description: The IP Telephony Engineer is responsible for the design, support and maintenance of converged networks and applications.

Requirements:

• Current CCVP certification
• Able to lead and provide direction to administrators and consultants working on medium to large scale projects.
• Effective decision making skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives.
• Professional, business-focused attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with clients, staff and management teams.
• Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet Company's needs.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document create, flow chart and document business process; write work instructions to be followed by desktop support staff of managed services business.
• Ability to travel via automobile.
