Medical Insurance

KnowledgeCentrix offers the Delta group dental insurance plan for you and your family.

KnowledgeCentrix offers the VSP group insurance plan for you and your family.
Life Insurance
Life insurance coverage for each employee is $50,000. The premium for this benefit is paid for by KnowledgeCentrix.
Vacation
KnowledgeCentrix provides vacation benefits to eligible employees for their rest and relaxation. Full-time employees begin to earn vacation benefits from their date of hire. Benefits are earned at the rate equivalent to two workweeks the first through fifth year of service. After completing five years of service, an employee will earn vacation benefits at the rate of three workweeks per year.
401(k) Plan
KnowledgeCentrix employees will be eligible to participate in the John Hancock 401(k) plan; KnowledgeCentrix contributes a matching portion to employees’ accounts.
Profit Sharing
Employees are eligible to participate in the John Hancock Profit Sharing plan after completing a year of service.
Tuition Reimbursement Benefits
KnowledgeCentrix offers reimbursement for eligible education.
Sick Leave
Employees are entitled to a total of forty (40) hours of paid sick leave per year.

Volunteerism
KnowledgeCentrix values the contributions that volunteers make and recognizes the impact that this has on employees and society. In recognition of volunteer efforts, all regular full-time employees, with at least six months of service, have access to 24 hours of paid time off for volunteer service per year.
